Overview

Saints Philip and James Elementary School is an academic institution, which provides students, with a strong moral and intellectual foundation, within an, essentially, Catholic-Christian environment. We are committed toward growth in leadership, as well as in fostering, academic opportunities, which will enable our students to develop spiritually, intellectually and socially. Administrators, teachers and parents are mutually supportive in emphasizing the implementation of contemporary pedagogical state and archdiocesan standards, as pertains to teaching content and methods. The mission of Saints Philip and James Parochial School is directed toward providing a solid academic foundation, for our students, so as to prepare them for a personally fulfilling, successful and value-based future. These values are based in the humanist tradition of the Catholic-Christian faith. We believe that quality Catholic-Christian education is an education of the entire human person and as such requires a particular set of educational priorities, which serve to address the spiritual, intellectual, emotional, and physical needs of our student body.
