St. Saviour High School, which was founded in the Park Slope section of Brooklyn in 1917, continues to educate young women by offering a college preparatory program. St. Saviour endeavors to educate the whole person in the tradition of the School Sisters of Notre Dame. St. Saviour provides quality education in an atmosphere where Christian faith and freedom develop under the care of a competent faculty, both lay and religious, and each student is encouraged to develop her potential to its fullest. The faculty strives to foster an environment which will enable the students to reach the fullness of their potential--intellectually, spiritually, socially, and physically--so that they may share their talents with others. St. Saviour High School accepts students from a variety of ethnic backgrounds and religious affiliations, fostering a unity among the student body while appreciating the uniqueness of the individual.
