Waldorf School of the Peninsula is a cornerstone of the Waldorf movement, which lives in a physical environment that supports and enriches its program and mission. It has a strong early child development program, a comprehensive lower school, a distinct and rich middle school, and an enriching, diverse and fully developed high school. The Waldorf School of the Peninsula community also includes a comprehensive adult education program, cultural center and alumni services. Its mature educational foundation enables Waldorf School of the Peninsula to be a strong pillar, which provides service to the greater Silicon Valley community. Our mission is to awaken children to their own individuality and unfold their higher capacities of thinking, feeling and willing, thus creating a truly human world through an education that is a source of social change. Waldorf education reaches beyond content to freeing the human spirit.
