我女儿今年14岁，在中国国内美式高中班读高二，我们想利用她年龄小的优势转去美国高中，插班读11年级，有初中毕业证及成绩证明，全日制全英文加州中学课程体系已完成10年级和11年级的部分课程，成绩优秀，她虽然年纪小但上学期期末考成绩第二，10月27日第一次考托福，12月7号已报考SAT2数理化，社会活动方面也有较为充分的材料。这样还需要什么吗？是否插班一定要SSAT，她已经在准备SAT了。

1. 一般好学校春季不收新生。
2. 申请11年级，SAT没问题。
3. SAT2没有太大优势，如果不需花太大精力，可以考，否则建议把精力放在SAT上。

English ability is very important. She needs to be fluent for the interview to be accepted to some of the best schools. Many of the top boarding schools will not take students for G11 unless the student's English ability is close to a native English speaker.
One thing that you might want to consider, is that your daughter is young. Due to the one child policy, children in China are generally less mature when compared to American students of the same age. You may want to repeat a year to make sure that she learns social skills.
Many of the top schools will require PSAT or SAT when the student is applying to G11. -
既然已经准备sat, 就考sat 吧。 但也可以明年申请大学呀， 这样就不用重读11年级了。
